GMRS Frequencies
This table lists GMRS channels by their receive frequency. You’ll notice that some
frequencies overlap between simplex and repeater channels, which can sometimes cause unintended
interference. Understanding this overlap can help you avoid conflicts and choose the right
channel for your needs — for example, if a local repeater is on 462.6750, you might
want to avoid using 20 as a simplex channel.
